At the Opening Ceremony of the Annual Athletic Meet

 
Good Morning, Parents, Teachers & Students,

      We have just finished a big school event on Wednesday. I’m very happy to tell you that the Interflow Concert with Schools from Singapore was held successfully.

      I must express my sincere gratitude to all our teacher organizers, instructors, and helpers. Without their true dedication and efforts, the Concert could not have been held so smoothly.

      I must show my appreciation to the student performers, MCs, and helpers. They are very very good students because they have tried their best to improve, to perform and to assist teachers to run the Concert. I also have to say “thank you” to those students who were not involved in the Concert. Why? It’s because their co-operation, good discipline and support made everything go smoothly.

      Well, students,「台上一分鐘、台下十年功」. Remember this? The Interflow Concert has united us together and our school spirit was very high on Wednesday. Besides, we were very good host too. Our hospitality and courtesy left very deep impression in the hearts of our guests both from Singapore and from Hong Kong schools.

      I look forward to seeing your good performance in today’s big school event, the Annual Athletic Meet 2005-06.

      It is hoped that everyone will try his / her best in different roles as competitors, helpers, cheering team members and spectators. Let’s make our mission possible.
